“Waterline” Quilt ~ A free-form design reflecting the early morning rippling Chesapeake Bay. The fabrics are curated from men’s vintage/designer shirtings that would have otherwise become part of a landfill. They have instead found new life and are made into something reflective of natures beauty. The materials are 100% cotton, machine pieced and handquilted with delicate thread. 27 1/2″ wide x 38″ at its longest point. This is a light weight quilt making it packable. It has a removable hanging sleeve on the back. An original, one-of-a-kind piece.
The artist : Logan O’Bier has been a quilter for over 25 years and has been published for her work and designs in Primitive Quilts, American Patchwork & Quilting, Minick & Simpson as well as other publications.
