Broken Dreams : Quote Journal Entry

Today I have a quote about “broken dreams” to add to my Quote Journal. This quote comes from one of my favorite authors C.S. Lewis. It is taken from one of his early poems (Dymer) and for this journal entry, I have chosen to treat the quote on its own rather than in its original context.  I am in constant awe of the dedication Lewis had to understanding truths. Especially, when dealing with different forms of pain we as humans experience. 

This quote sinks into my brain, and cleanses the fear of past broken dreams for me. I hope you enjoy this addition to my quote journal!
